Pan seared goat cheese with fresh baked bread; Baked caprese salad with fresh baked bread; Waldorf salad; Blood Orange Citrus salad; Caesar salad with double smoked bacon
Second Course Choices:
Sea scallop with a parsnip puree; Ravioli stuffed with butternut squash burnt butter sauce; Duck breast with maple basil glaze on carrot puree; Exotic meat slider (e.g. ostrich, camel, kangaroo); Parsnip and Apple soup
Third Course Choices:

Main Course Choices:

• Pork tenderloin stuffed; Steak roulade; Veal marsala; Chicken breast stuffed; Poached salmon;
